Zinc

Zinc is an essential nutrient widely distributed in the body. It is a component of more than 100 enzymes, including those responsible for RNA and DNA synthesis. The tissues having the highest zinc content are the bones, liver, prostate and testes. Zinc is essential for healthy skin, wound healing and growth.
